I completely dropped the ball last week... It became apparent on Wednesday night that I probably wouldn't be able to put together a "Life in the Fast (food) Lane" review for the week. I decided that I would instead post a quick story on Thursday or Friday so I could at least have something of substance to show for the week; but that didn't happen either.
I suppose I could make the argument that I made a conscious decision not to post an update rather than sacrifice the artistic integrity of the blog with a lazy, hastily written mess of words... But that argument probably wouldn't work because [a] we have several years of evidence to prove I'm not above doing that, [2] even I would have a hard time keeping a straight face while using phrases like, "artistic integrity," while discussing a blog called "Farting in the Shower", and [d] I'm the same guy who once posted a picture of some girl's cleavage simply because I didn't have anything better to write about.
So clearly, had I really been thinking about you, the FITS reader, I would have come up with another cleavage picture at the very least. (God knows I have plenty of those pictures hidden on my hard drive)
So basically, I have no excuses. All I can do is apologize and promise to make it up to you this week with a special "tag team" LFFL review, followed at some point by a lazy, hastily written mess of words at the end of the week.

So I saw this poster for the dollar menu at Popeye's, I've never eaten there, but it all looked so good. I was hoping you can review it. Then all would be forgiven.
I have to tell you. The cleavage shot was good. Stop teasing about having them on hard drive and give us a new pic. lol.
HV- that picture is very sepcial to me... it has made a lot of dreary days better for me.
Teresa- I actually bought Popeye's chicken last night, then got home and read your comment... I never looked at the dollar menu, but consider the popeye's dollar menu extravaganza added to my list.
Santiago- I've toyed with the idea of putting up a weekly cleavage picture, but I wanted there to be something more than just cleavage... what makes that picture so great (aside from the fact that those are perfect boobs) is the irony of the cross... so anyway, at one point last year I was trying to compile a list of ironic cleavage pictures. I only found 3 or 4 pics but I had a lot of fun "researching" the topic.
I've clearly gotten way too interested in the Life in the Fast(food) Lane series. Today I grabbed lunch from Taco Bell and the whole time I was evaluating it ("Hilarious drive-thru guy - bonus! Out of root beer - negative!"
You could eventually have an awards post for Life in the Fast(food) Lane such as Best Dollar Menu, Best Fries, Best Beverage Selection, etc. I insist to be part of the judging panel and research team for this.
I few days ago I went with Santis to get some polishes and hotdogs over on maxwell and we both were wondering what your review would be like...you've got us brainwashed!!
